This dessert is from the Salt Restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Amelia Island. They have the prestigious award of AAA Five Diamond Award. Not many restaurants have this award. As a matter of fact, there are only 3 in entire state of Florida. You can imagine how strict they are. They are known for the wide selection of different salts that you can use with your food. They also present the dinner plate in a block of salt. They also have a vegan and vegetarian menu. They serve for every liking. The Salt Restaurant has a 4-course meal from $120. Expensive restaurant but worth it……..
