PIERRE’S LOUNGE AND RESTAURANT AT MORADA BAY

Square

pierres-restaurant-signagePierre’s Restaurant is a two-story white plantation house facing the ocean. They have seating upstairs or outside, depending on your heart’s content. From any angle in the restaurant you can view the oceanside. It is breathtaking once you visit the second floor and go out into the balcony.

From the moment you walk in, everyone is smiling and eager to assist. Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable on what the specials of the night were. I was impressed as each dish has many details and flavors to it and she knew each and everyone of them. I did not catch her name but she mentioned she was from Bulgaria.

The ambiance is very relaxing with great taste in décor. The menu entails French cuisine with and Asian, Caribbean and World influences infusion.

I ordered an appetizer which was Iberico Style Pata Negra.

iberico pata negraIt was simply delightful. The sauce gave it a sweet taste combined with the bread that was exquisite.

For my main entrée I ordered Grilled Domestic Rack of Lamb.

pierre's rack of lambThe rack of lamb was medium just like I ordered. The Dauphinoise Potatoes were very tasteful. The sauce for the rack of lamb complemented the seasoning of the lamb to perfection.

I was unable to eat dessert that night but was left with the desire to come back another time just to eat a dessert made by an expert connoisseur that knows how to enlighten a plate to its fullest.
