This will be my final blog on my experience in the Allure of the Seas. I will be blogging about the service in the cruise.
The first people I encountered providing service was with the housekeeping department. I had two attendants to my cabin. I would say they were quite hospitable. I don’t have any complaints. They were always there. At one point it seems as if they were just standing next to my door so when I open it they can help me…….
The waiters were excellent. They did everything they could and more. They went out of their way to give us what our heart desires.
The bartenders were wonderful. When you came to ask for a drink they practically had it made for you before you even asked. They have great memory…
The entertainers were amazing. The comedy show was hilarious and the shows were good. The only thing I would say is that perhaps the shows were a little too long such as Mamma Mia, but they were good.
In general the hospitality was excellent. Both of my concierge were superb. Anything that I needed or any question I had they were there.
The hospitality/service score
Overall, my experience was good. However, being a holiday cruise, I would have expected more holiday entertainment for children. Since it is a holiday cruise most likely it is more of a family cruise, therefore they were weak on that. Although my experience with the suite and the service was good I have to give it thumbs down. I give it thumbs down because I have gone multiple times with Royal Caribbean and I know they can do much better!!!!!!
